Downing Named to Statewide Complex Litigation Task Force

Gray, Ritter & Graham attorney Don Downing has been named a member of The Missouri Bar's Task Force on Complex Litigation.

Judge Daren L. Adkins and Judge Stephen R. Mitchell are the co-chairs of the Task Force, which is charged with reviewing aspects of complex civil cases in Missouri courts.

Specifically, the Task Force will identify the strengths and weaknesses of the litigation process and resources in the state; review the litigation process and resources used in other jurisdictions, and develop recommendations for improvements
